What are your payment options?

For student trips: If you are in Mexico and have access to SPIE – direct transfer is available. Otherwise – VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. Contact us for details.
For Executive Professional experiences: please speak with your distributor who introduced you to our programs.

Does your price include travel insurance?

NO! Our pricing does NOT INCLUDE Travel Health Insurance. Travel Health Insurance is available through most travel agents as well as through our distributor in Mexico. Our distributor is a separate independent business. The Travel Health Insurance package offered by our distributor in Mexico (MERK4) is a separate transaction and the business relationship in that transaction is between the purchaser and MERK4. StarfieldConnects Ltd. is not a party to this transaction in any fashion and is not being remunerated in any manner as it pertains to insurance sales.  This insurance is only available to residents of Mexico.
For student trips: Health Insurance is mandatory for all travellers. MERK4 provides Travel Health Insurance at a preferential price for those who need it. (Mexican Residents only). Click here for insurance offering details. It is not mandatory to purchase travel health insurance through MERK4, however it is mandatory for participants on student trips to have travel health insurance. All participants on Student Trips MUST provide proof of health insurance prior to departure.
For Executive Professional Experiences it is highly recommended to obtain travel health insurance prior to departure. Under no circumstances will StarfieldConnects Ltd. be liable for any healthcare expenses incurred on any of the experiences we offer.

What type of accommodation do you offer?

Accommodations would be in quadruple rooms with two double beds. We attempt to book hotels in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation – enabling easy and fast access for both the company visits and popular tourist attractions. You can also request a triple or double room for an additional cost.

Will you help with Visa requirements?

We will provide you with the basic information and documents needed to complete your visa application form (i.e. Letters of invitation and itineraries, etc.)

How old I need to be to go on a trip?

No one under the age of 18 can participate unless they are accompanied by a chaperone.
(Teacher, professor or parent)

Are there any specific terms and conditions that I need to be aware of?

YES! Our complete terms and conditions are found here. This document is important to read and understand. The important points to note are:

  1. all minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
  2. all student participants must have travel health insurance
  3. once you have registered for a program there will be NO REFUNDS after 90 days prior to the experience departure date – there are no exceptions to this. There is available through 3’rd parties trip cancellation insurance. Starfield does not sell trip cancellation insurance.
  4. all participants are required to READ and SIGN the Terms and Conditions when they are registering for the experience. The web version of the Terms and Conditions is found here and a downloadable version is found here.
